Они все сейчас без ограничительной шайбы, производитель упростил конструкцию (при этом нагреватель стал более универсальным, т.к. в некоторые рукоятки паяльников с шайбой невозможно было установить, приходилось её удалять). Кроме того, при установке нагревателя без шайбы есть возможность, если повозиться, то идеально точно выставить нагреватель по длине, чтобы он максимально глубоко входил в жало. Но если для Вас наличие ограничительной шайбы принципиально, можете сделать возврат.
Шабка совсем необязательна, прекрасно без неё устанавливается нагреватель.
